Thanks for being here!  We know the struggle to find services who really understand your special needs as a person living with (often coexisting and competing!) neurodivergent or Mental Health challenges. After years of not finding quality, reliable & non judgemental support for our clients we decided to start our own in 2020 & the rest is history!

Our Founder is (very 'late club') AuADHD so we’re passionate about offering a truly Neuroaffirming & trauma informed service to support people to build healthy life skills and live as independently as possible in their own homes. As a Lived Experienced team we understand your Mental Health and Neurospicy support needs better than anyone. Overwhelm & burnout are a real struggle & impact on your ability to function. We get it because we've been there too.
